Returns
- Opened boxes are sealed for hygiene and can't be restocked.
- Before sending anything back, write to us — a human reads every message and sorts it within one business day.
The 8-hour guarantee
If a patch lifts before eight hours of wear, your next box is on us. That is the whole warranty — the film either holds its edge or we replace it. No forms, no photos of your face required: write to us with your order number.
Something arrived wrong?
Wrong size, lifted edge, box arrived crushed — tell us and we make it right. We'd rather replace a box than argue about one.
